Hi,
Does anyone know what poha is, whether it is gluten free, and what it's
general uses are. I saw it in an oriental store and it looked like it
could potentally be a sub for oatmeal?
Also, I have unsuccessfully tried to make matzo ball soup using cream of
rice, and was wondering if anybody has had some success with other
recipes. I would love to know if there is something out there that
actually works.
