Thanks to everybody who responded so quickly.  There are two types of Betty
Hagman flour mixes that are available:  The Gourmet Blend (original 3 flour
blend) and the Four Flour blend (this has bean flours in it and is in her
latest bread baking cookbook).  Ener-G makes the Gourmet Blend.  Authentic
Foods makes both blends.  You can purchase these directly from the
companies or through glutensolutions.com (they are currently out of stock
on the 4 flour blend)or the Gluten Free Trading Post at gluten-free.net.

Other responses mentioned Miss Roben's and Dietary Specialties.  But, when
I checked the websites they did not have these flour blends listed.
