Your products are available in my area in Price Chopper Supermarkets (NY/New
England, area USA).I am interested in trying your brand after I receive
answers to my questions:

1) Are your fresh and/or processed products "gluten free"? The ingredients
in the processed products appear encouraging, as long as none of the
ingredients are derived from wheat, rye, oats or barley. Or if flour or
another gluten-containing product is not used as an extender or processing
aid for any of the ingredients or your product.

2) Is the anti-bacterial rinse used on your turkeys "gluten free" or leave
absolutely no residue on and in the birds?

3) Is the use of an anti-bacterial rinse either common in the industry
and/or mandated by the USDA?

4) Are there any added ingredients, including but not limited to flavoring,
salt, or water in your ground turkey?

5) Are your products processed in one or more than one USDA establishments,
and if more than one, are the ingredients and controls identical?

responses come direct from our Quality Control Team Leader:

1) All of our products are gluten-free except our Turkey Gravy and our
Homestyle Dressing

2) Antibacterial rinse is gluten free

3) Mandated by the USDA

4) No added ingredients to our ground turkey

5) Ingredients and controls are identical
