Hi List!

I realize that October (otherwise known as Celiac Awareness Mo.) is for
me Heavy Duty Dentistry month, largely because of malabsorption of
calcium for 57 years. I have made a point of telling my various
dentristry specialists of the decaying teeth and bone loss phenomenon
related to Celiac.

Strongly suggest to your dentists that if they have patients with these
problems to suggest that there is an underlying cause - beyond the "you
eat too much candy" level.

Quote the numbers from recent posts about the likelihood of a 1 in 120
occurrence of gluten intolerance, based on random blood tests at
UMaryland. (The eyes really pop open on that one--MDs love statistics.)
