In regards to pavels training I have found it very productive, both the PTP
and kettle bell training. I have been using dumbbells performing both
swings and snatches as finishers to my "Devany" style workouts and
occasionally doing a week of only balistic training(snatches, push press,
campus board pull ups, and lots of jumping). Ming- I did not forget about
the Excel program I have been working on some bugs with it. I did the
original model with my TI-92 calculator which I am much more familure with.
When i get it to a usable form i will send it to you along with some of the
thinking which went into its design.
