Hi Paleophiles,
Well, I bought another fresh durian, this time at $ 3.99/lb Canadian. It
has been sitting in my en suite bathroom since Saturday. It cracked today
but I don't think it is ready. It smells luscious! (to me only) Shall I try
to ripen it longer or eat it even tho' it seems kind of hardish inside?
Would it split open before it is ripe?
Any suggestions?
