Thank you Lois and Richard for your suggestions and
words of welcome. I'm sorry it took me so long to
respond, but I only check my e-mail on weekdays.
I have a question about food combining - natural
hygiene teaches not to combine different kinds of
protein foods, nuts, eggs, different kinds of meat,
etc. but I've noticed that a lot of people on this
list do combine eggs with meat for instance. I am
wondering whether anyone has noticed any difference
between eating one protein at a time and a
combination. Fopr example, if I eat a handful of
almonds and I'm still hungry, is it a bad idea to eat
some eggs half an hour later? I tried searching
through the archives, but I haven't found anything
relevant (yet).
thanks for your time,
lara
