No surprising. No doubt these young children *normally* eat sweetened
breakfast cereals. When some of them are taken off of the sugar at
breakfast, they aren't used to it, feel ill, and as a result do poorly. I
know I sure didn't feel right the first time I did low-carb; I got a big
headache after skipping the usual grain-sugar-milk breakfast.
