L-Carnitine to increase energy and fat burning. Dosage varies depending upon
how you feel. Start with 500 mg (always on an empty stomach, then wait 30
minutes before eating), then increase until you feel more energized. It's
quite safe. Many people better and start losing weight with 2,000mg per day.
