George, you need to use the program "rawrite.exe" or "rawwritewin.exe" in the
"dosutils" directory.  The images you need are under "images", you'll probably
just need "cdrom.img".

Run rawwritewin, browse to the cdrom.img file, select the drive (A or B) to
write the image to, put a blank, dos-formatted floppy in the drive, and hit
"write".
