Are these fasting values? If so, how long a fast?

What's interesting is your HDL cholesterol. HDLs this high are not seen
in sedentary individuals like you describe yourself to be. Your Tot
Chol/HDL ratio is favorable most certainly due to your high HDLs. HDLs
this high I usually see in endurance athletes and postal letter
carriers. Very good! Happy heart!
