everybody speaks to the issue of fibre, study after study, health mag after
health mag and so on and on
the darling of this century, high fibre -- is there anything to suggest
that it might very well be the villan of the next decade?
shelves are full of cereals and crackers etc. that claim "High Fibre",
"Very High Fibre" and so forth
people pay more and more for these products -- a product that goes in the
front door and out the back door but isn't a nutrient, just something that
passes right on thru
how much fibre do we really need?
