Whatever it takes to survive. I mean, it's not like what you can
and can't eat on this diet is THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. Oh, yeah, I guess it
is.
Anyway, we all have health problems and we have to deal with them
however we can. I just wish I could still find high-calcium orange juice,
since I don't like swallowing bones. It feels too scratchy on my
esophagus. I'll have to email DeVany and ask him what, specificly, he
uses for anti-oxidents. A strong case is made for them in the preventing
of aging. While I'm ready to die, I find that I am increasingly ready to
keep on living another week. At 20 I had the health of a 40 year old from
all the excess weight. I'd like to come out ahead ont he deal and have
the health of a 20 year old at 40.
