Dear List,
My company is trying to design a gluten free bakng section in one of the
stores. They've asked me, a person with Celiac Disease, to help them
put it together. Honestly, I DON'T BAKE!! I know there are some
wonderful things out there for GF baking, but don't know where to start.
Any ideas?

Bread Mixes
Cake Mixes
Cookie Mixes
Flour Products
Decorations (sprinkles, icings, etc)
