Dear all, Okay, here's the very specific link to the great gingerbread

I made two changes to this recipe:
1. I substituted Bette Hagman's flour mix for the regular flour (her
mix that uses white rice flour, tapioca flour, and potato starch).
I also used 2 3/8 cups instead of 2 1/2 cups, but I'm not sure this
really matters.
2. I also added 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum with the dry ingredients.
3. In my oven, it baked in 35-40 minutes instead of 45-55. But this
may also just be my oven (electric).
