Dear Sir,

Recently I have deleted the wingaurd antivirus
software from my system. After that it is not possible
to access floppy drive.
Whenever I access floppy drive the screen goes blank.
Also it happens during  windows 98 shutdown and "it's
now safe to shut down " message not appears on the
screen.

Please If anyone can help to overcome this problem
