I do backups to other hard drives. Either on the same PC or accross a network. It
seems hard drives are cheaper and faster than tape drives. Although you can't
remove and safeguard the media, this method is probably useful for typical non-
critical backups.

I use xxcopy.exe a free program. See their website:
