What is the liability tho..if one tries to save the person?

Certainly think someone is gonna get sued over this if it is made mandatory
professors take cpr.

There is no medical malpractice on a professor of a college.

I was under the impression that legally you are obligated to try to save a
family member..but the rest of the folks are a moral obligation.

just wondering..since everyone is getting sued for something lately.
