I am 63 the 28th of this month and am lucky in that I have few chronic spasm
or backaches. The physical problems I have are due to inactivity and a gut
which puts pressure and my back. I weighed 140 lbs in my twenties and was
told CP's don't have weight problems. Now I weigh around 25!!
