Subject: College Preparatory Training Package Special!

Colleges and Universities test students in their knowledge of English, math,
and general knowledge to gauge course placement and insure the best possible
learning experience.
While this serves the sighted community and does guarantee success in the
world of academia to a great extent, these standardized tests do not
adequately test the abilities of blind and visually impaired students to
achieve academic success.

While colleges and universities do offer computer training, blind and low
vision students ultimately find themselves faced with limited training in
the use of screen reading and, in many, cases, a total lack of competent
training in the technology that is becoming an integral part of the
educational experience.

ATI would like to fill this voice by offering a special training package to
help prepare students for the fall semester. This package will include
textbooks in the use of Microsoft Word, Windows 98/ME/Xp and the Internet
with both Window-Eyes and Jaws for Windows.

This special package is available for $150.00 and will include the
following:

* An Immersion into Windows 98/ME/XP with Window-Eyes and JFW textbook (a
$100 value)
* An Immersion into Microsoft Word textbook (a $60 value)
An Immersion into the Internet with JFW and Window-Eyes (a $70.00 value)
* Subscription to a special mailing list for students preparing to enter
college
* Access to a an online conference chat room (voice and text chat) to meet
other students and receive free support from the ATI trainers.

Each textbook and course is on CD ROM and is accessible to low vision,
blind, and hearing impaired students. The online conference room also
features both voice and text chat to facilitate access by all. The chat room
will be password protected and available only to those who purchase this
course. This will be a safe environment in which to ask questions, gain
support and meet others who are also preparing for entrance into college or
university.

The cost of this package is $150.00 plus Shipping & Handling. Credit card
and E-Check orders may be placed via the shopping cart links below. Credit
card orders are also accepted via telephone at 916.922.3794 (California USA
Locale.) Corporate and State vouchers are also accepted.
