We have a student who was using JAWS with Qwest DSL.  This service has now
changed to msn.net, and the student is having problems accessing the screen.
The person who helped her set it up can access the screen with the mouse,
but she cannot do so with the keyboard and the JAWS.  Has anyone else
encountered this problem?  If so, do you have any suggestions?
