Educational Programmes
The three Masters Programmes developed by the Institute and its
international consultants are presented below. A detailed curriculum of the
programmes is enclosed.
Projects Under Way
BIHR develops research, educational and applied projects grounded on
the understanding of the complex dynamics of human relations in
groups, organisations and institutions. Some of the projects are
international with both participants from CCEE/NIS and the Western
countries included.
Organisational Consultancy
Organisational consultancy is a fairly new activity in the Institute
and at present its organisational structure and boundaries are under
construction. Steps are made to clarify the meaning of this practice
in Bulgaria and how it could be translated in terms of activities and
thus operationalised.

Annual Report - 1998
Submission of Annual Reports is another tradition in the Institute,
which started in 1998. This is an attempt on the part of the
Institute management to look back at the tasks planned, analyse the
results and choose priorities for the following year. Trying to learn
from its own experience, the Institute hopes to make more of the
successes and disappointments over the years.
We believe that sharing the reflections from our work with the
academic and professional community through our Web-page may provide
us with a good opportunity to see where we are.
