Hi, Camerons...
> I have two questions I hope someone can help a non-techie person with. First, the clock in my system tray keeps losing time....not a whole lot, maybe 10 minutes in 2 weeks. I reset it, and then after a while I notice it is running slow again. Any suggestions or comments?

> Secondly, I am wondering about the backup battery that is someplace inside my computer tower. Is it on the motherboard? On the hard drive? Is this something that goes bad after a while. Could this be the cause of my clock running slow? The computer hasn't been unplugged for about 6 months. My computer isn't unplugged very often...usually only when it has to go in for service of some kind. Is this battery in a place that I as a computer KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE INSIDE Of THE BOX person, can replace? Again, suggestions or comments please.

1. The Clock... Battery problem.
2. The Battery is located on the mainboard inside the big box... Mostly the are very easely to replace with a type RC 2032 battery if i recall it. But if you don't like to poke around inside the box let it be done by somebody else... Also a battery can be solderd onto the mainboard than you have a problem... than you must replace it by the store or a person than can handle a soldering iron... also the type of battery is than different...
