Hi Mwelwa,
What you may have problems with are conflicts.If you had a previous version of MS word,Access,or Excel,etc on your drive it may complicate things.Try uninstalling the Office 2000 and any office pad or word format that you had before,i.e.,MS word,excel,etc.After doing all of that,then re-install the Office 2000 and see if that works!
