I should have added this to my last post.

If the body has not evolved beyond paleo times and requires food that
resembles the food of that period of time, how can the body have evolved
enough to not be damaged by air pollution, pesticides, and the growth
hormones and antibiotics in meat?  Thinking that the body can handle these
things would directly contradict the belief of the need for a paleo diet.

This is why knowledgeable supplementing is necessary in the world in which
we live.
