I find the opposite to be true for me....I do not have a problem eating one
piece of fruit but nuts and seeds are another matter....it takes alot of nuts
for me to feel satiated.
I can eat one apple or one orange, etc. and feel quite full and not hungry
for a long time. I guess it depends on the individual.
