        There isn't any gluten in Haagen-Dazs.

 I read that even small cheats of gluten can have devastating effects. They
have found gluten peptides for months after ingestion, still circulating
around in the system. I used to do the occasional cheat but now am
recommitted to being yet more stringent. See www.celiac.com for how many
diseases gluten is implicated in.
