I'll have to back that.

I am A+ and do extremely well on a lot of red meat, a lot of eggs and fish,
and few veggies.
I tried avoiding meats for awhile, as I was curious of that ER4YT thing. I
followed the guidelines loosely for about a month or so. Result: I couldn't
get up in the morning, was constipated and always hungry, and gained 5
pounds. Go figure.

I believe paleo's a better answer for your hubby.
