Since for most people it is generally easier to gain
than to lose weight, would it make more sense to do
something like restricted calories for 2 weeks and
then increased calories for 1 (one) week? A 2:1
ratio?Or perhaps a 3:2 ratio depending on individual
metabolism?

Sorry, I may not have worded my question properly.
From your original post it sounded like the workout
changed somehow just before the bulking phase (you
mentioned depleting muscle glycogen stores). Did I
misinterpret your post?
