There is also the late Dan Duchaine's book - BODY OPUS - that is also a CKD
(Cyclical Ketogenic Diet) programme with a 24 to 36 hour STRUCTURED "carb
up" on the weekends.

Probably the best thing on the market as far as SKD, TKD, and CKD is Lyle
MacDonald's work: THE KETOGENIC DIET. It goes into everything that you
could possibly imagine about Ketogenic eating programmes....from the
chemistry involved right down to exercise programmes to use in conjuntion
with the particular eating programme you choose. I HIGHLY recommend this
one...even over THE ANABOLIC DIET. (By the way, Wally, did you get the VHS
video tape that accompanies the book?)

As for the ABCDE programme, I've seen far too much disaster follow from that
particular programme. (The modified version of the programme at the t-mag
site is little better. Fortunately, the "updated" version doesn't require
such a huge caloric upshift on the "bulking" cycle.....there are STILL some
problems with it, though.)
