No real change -- if anything, shorter duration, more isolated
as described below. I see guys working out and working
up a sweat -- I never sweat :-).
The cuts are definitely from paleo -- when I stopped eating
grains, potatoes, beans (but eating a lot more meat)
the fat loss was rapid.
