My son was allergic to both milk and soy (now 13 and can have both). 
We just skipped any 'milks' and moved from breast milk to water 
(totally weaned at about 18 months). I added olive oil to potatoes 
and other foods, and added Calcium carbonate or calcium citrate 
powder to other foods for the calcium.
