I apparently did not receive the original posting on this subject, but I do have a biscuit mix recipe that my family really enjoys. I received it from someone else on this list. I cannot post it to the list due to its length. It contains quite a few recipes for items to make from the mix - biscuits, pancakes, waffles, muffins, quick breads, cakes, etc. I would be happy to privately e-mail the entire set of recipes to anyone who would like them if you will just send me your address.

Here's one of my standard recipes, taken from the Food Allergy
Network annual supplements.

Baking powder biscuits (by Nancy Woo Walker)
2 cups flour (can sub rice or 1:1 w. wheat, potato starch)
1 T sugar
1T baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cups water

(I add 1/2 T Calcium carbonate, and use my simplified directions)
Set oven 450F, mix dry, mix wet, mix together to make soft, but not
too sticky. Knead dough on floured board. roll or pat the dough to
1/2 inch thickness. cut into circles. place on ungreased cookie
sheet. bake 10-12 min or until the tops are golden brown
