another take on that is take the lemon, honey sugar and water to the drain,
drink the shot of rum (whiskey will do if you don't care for rum).

A great remedy to loosen up congestion is to take a whole lemon - slice
it.
Put slices in a mug; pour boiling water over it. Let it steep for about 5
minutes. Add a shot of honey, and a shot of rum and a bit o sugar. Will
knock
the crap right out of ya, and you'll sleep great. But don't make a habit of
this.
