Betty and all,

    I enjoyed that book and learned alot about vertical(status) relations vs
hoizontal relations( and get your minds out of the gutter!) Horizontal
relation connote equality of status while vertical on deals with superiors
and subordinates.
    Later some nonverbal researchers refuted many of her tenets.
