you missed my drift, the birds i see on the highways are given from driver
to driver. it gets pretty rude out there. or maybe looking closer at your
reply, maybe you did not miss my drift.

It's a pretty good deal though. I've highway birded myself. It's not the
safest way to drive. I understand Roger Tory Peterson racked up a few rear
end collisions that way. What are you going to do though, when a
red-shouldered hawk flies overhead? You're going to look at him.
I've highway birded and I've eaten freeway chicken. I've done the whole
bird/highway thing.
