Hi,

We are currently using OverDrive books for the project Unabridged
in five states: http://unabridged.lib.overdrive.com

OverDrive worked with us extensively to test their books with visually impaired readers before these went on the market. They even put in variable speed control at the request of our readers. We have offered this service since November 2004 with very few technical problems by readers.

Mimi, I would be interested in hearing about your problems. We have found OverDrive wonderful to work with and our readers are very enthusiastic about this service!
