Most often this is an issue with the software. I am not familiar with
WinOnCD so I can't tell you whether it should support oversized CDs. I
suggest you tried CDRWIN or Nero Buring ROM, both support this sort of
thing.
FWIW these CDRs are NOT technically valid under the spec, therefore your
hardware may not support them (burner and reader included). I for one stay
with the good old 650MB CDRs to avoid any of these problems unless there is
a specific need to go for more. TTYL
