Hi Uzi!
First you will need a new adapter, one that is for FC-PGA CPU. Any will do, but I'd stick with the latest AsusTek (S370-DL CPU).
Second, PC133 is can be used in place of PC100 wthout a problem.
Third, with a good fan and heatsink, the Celeron 800 can easily run a 112FBS for 900Mhz. And with a GREAT fan and heatsink it can run 124FBS for 1GIG!
