Okay,
The problem with your graphics is after the reinstall of windows
your drivers for your video card have gone missing. If you check to see what
driver the video card is using I will bet any money it says Standard VGA.
This is not the driver for your video card. You must find out the model
number and brand of Video card you have.
Then visit the manufactures website and download the driver.
If you can't find the manufactires website then visit
www.driverguide.com
User: drivers
pass: all
and search for the driver there
