Yes, I eat them from time to time- they grow nearby.
I don't think I have to fear insulin peaks.
Because I don't show the symptoms (hypoglycemic events or cravings)
and because I think I have a good B-complex status.
And I love to smash them together with flax oil or hemp oil
(fat is lowering peaks).
However on the list several people reported severe carb problems
these should be careful.
I'm impressed about the list of insulin *benefits* that I've seen
in a lowcarb thread here.
We shouldn't forget it's vital role in life.
It should only have a chance to exchange its role with glucagon.
In fasting events (for me only a few hours) and lowcarb meals.
