Sweet or not, fruits are very seasonal and therefore, I would think,
not to be found in great abundance.

So we can agree that there was no shortage of fat.

I do not think that anybody is talking about avoiding carbohydrates
- only that it makes little sense from a paleo perspective going
overboard on them like you are.

This is no justification for eating the proportions that you
are consuming. When are you going to give us a breakdown of your
own diet?
