I lost weight without even trying, and that was even when I was still
eating a lot of fruit and yogurt, which I have now cut out, too. I wasn't
heavy, but lost about 10 pounds of something other than muscle mass.
I feel much healthier: no more headaches, stuffy nose, better joint
function, more consistent energy levels, no more fainting spells. And I was
eating a "good" diet before, except for a little sugar and lots of starches.
I believe the weight loss aspect is widely variable from person to person;
however, I don't think there can be any doubt on the health and well-being
aspects. Give it a good try!
