This is called INDEX HTML
to set it you would send an email to [log in to unmask]
in the body of the message put
set paleofood INDEX HTML
another digest format that I like is HTML DIGEST
This also gives you links so that you select the articles that you want to read.
You can also change your subscription options using the www interface at
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/paleofood.html
There is a choice Join or leave the list
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/CGI/wa.exe?SUBED1=paleofood&A=1
select this and then there is another choice Login with listserv password
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/CGI/wa.exe?SUBED1=paleofood
From there you enter your email address and LISTSERV password (Which you can
obtain from this screen-you will be sent a confirmation email that you must
respond to before you can proceed with loging in)
then you login and can make changes of your options and also leave the list.
