Sweet mercy! I just don't get it. Six breastfed infants in Georgia
developed rickets. The CDC's answer?

Rickets is apparently increasing in general. It is due to lack of Vitamin D,
but where are we supposed to get this from? Not from fortified cow's milk,
obviously. The problem is lack of sun exposure. This comes back to my post on
paleo nudity, which didn't draw any responses.
Paleo people rarely wore much "clothing," so they wouldn't have had a problem
with this. But we have been trapped in this Judeo-Christian idea of
"modesty," which forbids us to take our clothes off outdoors. Nudity outdoors
is essential for good health, and I've proved this to myself. I've been doing
this for some years now, and it has made an enormous difference. I've turned
the clock back 20 years.
