I don't use a furry, tree swinging creature to set my meals.  I think paleo
uprights are good enough.   : )   Especially today's paleoite, English
speaking types. (I can handle a little German and Italian too.)   I don't
think any of us do well on carbs as primary, then or now......  Oliva
