I firmly agree!  I doubt a piece of grain-fed beef and some broccoli with
(gasp!) a little bit of butter eaten with friends will kill me.  Instead, it
will do far more than eating "something better" at home alone.

If eating a Dairy Queen Blizzard once a week is the worst thing you can do,
you're doing fine by me.
