        Just a clarification regarding whey: it is POSSIBLE for a TINY bit
of casein to be in whey.  There are no guarantees.  If you are anaphylatic
or have other serious allergic responses to casein...stay away from whey
too!  I learned that the hard way and hope no one else will have to.  :)
