Hi --
We've had success with Fleischmann's unsalted margerine, which also is kosher-parve, and comes in sticks. Also with Benecol, which is spreadable. I think Smart Balance is milk-free as well, but since my son adores Benecol we haven't tried other spreadables.
I'd be grateful if someone could remind me about which spreads are both milk-free and soy-free, along with which you like for cooking and which for making toast in the morning.
