Who cares what a RAST test shows. My son tests negative to EVERYTHING and
can't hardly eat ANYTHING. He's on prescription formula. Go with what you
know. Tests don't prove anything 100 percent. Plus there are errors.
Elimination diets is the best way to tell for sure. Why make her sick? You're
her mother. Do what you feel is best. Doctor's don't know everything.  Just
my two cents here.
